From first question
to final product.

How the engagement moves from problem to launch. We describe the work as it is happening — results, screens and outcomes will only be published once they are real and approved.

01

Challenge

Before anything is designed, the problem has to be stated precisely: who the product serves, what is getting in their way, and what has to be true when the work is done.

We began with structured conversations with the client team, a review of their existing material, and a written definition of success that both sides signed off on. That document is still the reference point for every decision on the project.

AudienceWho is it for?
ProblemWhat's in the way?
OutcomeWhat does done look like?

02

Approach

Structure before style. We mapped content, user journeys and priorities, then tested the architecture with low-fidelity prototypes.

Wireframes let the client react to how the product works without being distracted by how it looks. Each round of feedback tightened scope and removed anything that did not serve the outcome agreed in chapter one.

Design

A restrained visual language built as a system: typography, colour, spacing, components and motion defined once and reused everywhere.

Designing the system rather than individual pages means desktop, tablet and mobile stay consistent — and the development team builds from the same tokens the designers use.

Development

Designers and developers on one team, so what gets approved is what gets built — accessible, responsive and fast by default.

The build follows the design system directly, with performance budgets, accessibility checks and cross-device testing running throughout development rather than bolted on at the end.

Final product

In progress

The product is in production now. Final screens, a live link and a short reflection will be added here at launch.

No results are claimed until they can be shown. When the client approves publication, this chapter becomes the full story — including what worked, what we changed and what the product now makes possible.

09 Process Six stages

How we work.

A clear, repeatable process — so you always know where the project is and what comes next.

  1. Stage 01 / 06

    Discover

    Phase 01 // Research & Strategy Alignment

We immerse ourselves in your ecosystem. Through quantitative behavioral analytics, stakeholder workshops, and technical constraints mapping, we establish the undeniable strategic foundation before writing a single line of code or designing a screen.

    • User Journeys
    • Tech Audit
    • Value Prop Taxonomy
  2. Stage 02 / 06

    Define

    Phase 02 // Information Architecture & Scope

Translating discovery findings into an airtight structural blueprint. We architect the multi-tenant data structures, navigation flows, and interactive state machines, defining clear milestones with unambiguous criteria of completion.

    • Sitemap Graph
    • Wireframe Taxonomy
    • Scope Slate
  3. Stage 03 / 06

    Design

Phase 03 // Spatial UI & Art Direction

High-contrast editorial aesthetics meet ergonomic digital utility. We design modular, tokenized Figma libraries, crafting custom typography pairings, bespoke kinetic transitions, and immersive 3D spatial directions in close collaboration with your team.

    • Tokenized System
    • Figma Proto
    • Spatial 3D Direction
  4. Stage 04 / 06

    Build

    Phase 04 // Full-Stack Engineering & WebGL

Zero-bloat, accessible front-end architecture built on modern component pipelines. Designers and engineers work in parallel to ensure the subtle motion physics, audio micro-tones, and complex WebGL shaders render with buttery 60fps smoothness.

    • Next.js / React
    • Native GSAP
    • Zero-Bundle Bloat
  5. Stage 05 / 06

    Refine

    Phase 05 // Device Stress-Testing & Perf Tuning

Rigorous hardware and browser stress-testing. We audit memory leaks, eliminate cumulative layout shifts (CLS), optimize Web Audio gain curves, and fine-tune responsive breakpoints across dozens of physical mobile, tablet, and ultra-wide viewports.

    • 99+ Lighthouse
    • Frame-Pacing Audit
    • WCAG 2.2
  6. Stage 06 / 06

    Launch

    Phase 06 // Global Deployment & Handoff

Orchestrated zero-downtime DNS deployment to edge CDNs. We deliver fully documented CMS component workflows, conduct team training workshops, and provide post-launch analytics monitoring to ensure immediate category impact.

    • Zero-Downtime DNS
    • CMS Team Handoff
    • 24/7 Edge Monitoring
10 Why YOUR STUDIO Five principles

Why work with YOUR STUDIO

We keep the team small and senior, talk to you directly, design and build under one roof, work across time zones, and only take on a few projects at a time — so every engagement gets our full attention.

  1. Focused team

Small and senior by design — everyone knows your project, and the team covers it end to end.

  2. Direct communication

You talk to the people doing the work. No layers of account management in between.

  3. Design + development

Both disciplines under one roof, working together from day one instead of handing files over a wall.

  4. Global collaboration

Based in Your City, set up to work from UTC-5 to UTC+8 with clear rhythms and async-friendly updates.

  5. Selected projects

We take on a limited number of projects at a time, so each one gets the attention it needs.
